These General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer and sale of products and/or services on the website www.rifra.com ("Site").

The products and/or services purchased on the Site ("Products") are sold directly by RiFRA Milano srl, via F. Cervi 17,20855, Gerno di Lesmo (MB), Italy, VAT: 00711080960, Tax Code 01381630159, Share Capital 100.000,00 € fully paid.

Scope of application and navigation on the Site

The offer and sale on the Site of Products constitute a distance contract regulated by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 containing the regulation of electronic commerce (e-commerce), and by Articles 45 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and subsequent amendments.

The customer is obliged to read carefully these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which RiFRA Milano srl makes available and whose storage and reproduction is allowed, as well as all other information that RiFRA Milano srl provides on the Site, both before and during the purchase procedure.

The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of transmission of the purchase order. They can be changed at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be in force from the moment they are published on the Site. Customers are therefore invited to regularly access the Website in order to verify the presence of any changes and/or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Purchase on the Site

The purchase of Products on the Site is allowed only to those who are over 18 years of age.

The purchase of Products on the Site is permitted both to customers who have the quality of consumers and to customers who do not have this quality. Pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, the consumer is the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, professional or artisanal activity. The inclusion of VAT during the purchase procedure is considered as an indication of the purchase made for purposes related to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.

Registration to the Site is free of charge. In order to register for the Site, the customer must fill in the appropriate form by clicking on "MyRifra".

Information for the conclusion of the contract

In accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003, which contains provisions on electronic commerce, RiFRA Milano srl informs the customer that:

in order to purchase one or more Products on the Site, the customer must fill out an order form in electronic format and transmit it online to RiFRA Milano srl, following the instructions that will appear from time to time on the Site;

before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, the customer can identify and correct any errors in entering data by following the instructions from time to time indicated on the Site and that will accompany the various stages of the purchase; he must also accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale;

the contract is concluded when the order form reaches the RiFRA Milano srl server;

once the order form has been registered, RiFRA Milano srl will send the customer to the given e-mail address, an e-mail confirming the order and containing: information on the essential characteristics of the product purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the delivery costs;

the order form will be filed in the database of RiFRA Milano srl for the time necessary to execute it and, in any case, within the terms of law;

The languages available to users for the conclusion of the contract are: Italian, English, German, French and Russian. Customer Service is able to communicate with customers in Italian and English.

The products in the catalogue are available for immediate shipping if present in stock or not customized. Please refer to the "Shipping" section for information on product production times.

Products Information

A dedicated page that illustrates its main characteristics accompanies each Product. RiFRA Milano srl reserves the right to modify the dedicated pages, without prior notice.

RiFRA Milano srl will do its best to ensure that the images of the Products published on the Site, accompanying the dedicated page of a Product, represent as faithfully as possible the Products offered for sale. However, the colors of the Products may differ from the actual colors due to the settings of computer systems or computers used by users for displaying them. The images of the Product on the dedicated page may also differ in size or in relation to any accessory products. For the purposes of the purchase contract, the description of the Product contained in the order form transmitted by the customer shall prevail.


All prices published on the Site are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.

RiFRA Milano srl reserves the right to modify the price of the Products, at any time and also, if necessary, several times during the same day. It is understood that the price charged to the customer will be that indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order. Any changes (increase or decrease) subsequent to the transmission of the order will not be considered.

Purchase orders

In the order confirmation e-mail, the customer will find indication of the "Order Number", which must be used in any subsequent communication with RiFRA Milano srl, as well as a summary of all the customer's data included in the order. The customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the information and to promptly communicate any corrections through the Online Customer Service, which can be contacted by accessing the "Support" section of the Site.

The customer who made the purchase will have access to the orders history and check the status of an order in the appropriate section.

RiFRA Milano srl reserves the right to refuse orders received by:

a client with whom is in legal proceedings;

a client who has previously violated the conditions and/or terms of the purchase contract with RiFRA Milano srl;

a client who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, in credit card payment fraud;

RiFRA Milano srl also reserves the right to refuse orders from customers who have issued false, incomplete or inaccurate identification data.

Methods of payment

The payment of the Products purchased on the Site can be made through the following payment methods: PayPal and advance bank transfer. For more information, see the section "Payments".

Procedure, charges and delivery terms

Delivery may not take place in the so-called "free zones", including but not limited to the locations of Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Ahvenanmaan lääni (FI), Açores, Madeira (PT), Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (ES), Channel Islands (GB) or in P.O. Box or post offices. In the event that the shipping address is at a P.O. Box or post office or in one of the locations indicated, RiFRA Milano srl shall terminate the contract pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 Civil Code and proceed with the reimbursement of the total amount due, if already paid. In case of any doubt about the location of the order destination, the customer is invited to ask for information by means of a report to be made by accessing the section of the Site: "Support".

The delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled by transferring the physical availability or control of the Products to the customer. The risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to RiFRA Milano srl, on the other hand, will be transferred to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by him and other than the carrier, will take physical possession of the Products.

Delivery charges are to be borne by RiFRA Milan, including any customs duties.

The order summary and, therefore, before the transmission the order, will show the total price of the order.

In case of partial withdrawal from multiple orders, the amount of delivery charges to be refunded to the customer will be calculated on the basis of the weight of the Product subject to withdrawal, making a proportional distribution of delivery charges in relation to each Product forming part of the multiple order and refunding those attributable to the Product returned. In any case, the amount of delivery charges to be refunded may never exceed the amount actually paid by the user.

Pursuant to art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004, for each purchase made on the Site, RiFRA Milano issues Invoice of the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the purchase order (attached to e-mail confirmation of shipment).

For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the transmission of the order through the Site is authentic and the customer guarantees to be true. No change in invoice will be possible after the issue of the invoice.

The delivery of the goods ordered is understood to be on the street floor.

The customer is advised to check at the time of delivery:

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered;

that the closing materials have not been tampered with in any way.

The customer is obliged to report any special characteristics related to the place of delivery of the Product and/or its location. Should the customer fail to provide such indications or give incorrect indications, any additional expenses that RiFRA Milano srl may incur in order to complete the delivery of the Product shall be borne by the customer.

In the case of multiple orders, all Products placed in the multiple order will be delivered simultaneously; the delivery term, in this case, will be the longer among the delivery terms of each Product placed in the multiple order.

Ecommerce Direction will respond to complaints by e-mail or post within a maximum of 5 working days.

Applicable law

The purchase contract concluded on the Site is ruled by the Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, jurisdiction shall lie with the place where the customer resides or has an address for service, if the latter is a consumer as defined in the Consumer Code.

The customer who resides in a member state of the European Union other than Italy, can also access, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the European procedure for Small Claims, by Council Regulation (EC) no. 861/2007 of 11 July 2007. The value of the dispute must not exceed Euro 2,000.00 excluding interest, rights and expenses. The text of the regulation can be found at www.eur-lex.europa.eu.
